7x5.5”, ballpoint pen, Prismacolor pencil, and fluorescent gel pen on cold press paper. I’m kind of stumped on a name for once, but I started this one at a time when I was working on a handful of smaller skull drawings and this is the second one from that series that I’ve actually finished. It’s actually quite symbolic, represents a lot of personal meaning to me, and grew into maturation at a very poignant time indeed, but in the case of many occulted images, what it describes is a bit difficult to put in to words, or to name. Such is elusive nature of change. Perhaps I’ll leave it at that.
